I am not sure who has right of way but perhaps the question is "Who would challenge it?"
Glad all is going well. Our advise stands for all others who want to go to Mex....Do NOT buy your fishing licences or boat insurance in San Diego but in Ensenada where it is a third of the price.

Hi Wendy and Ken, Congratulations on being Grandparents once again. She sure is a cutie. We feel very special since Kyle sent us the announcement ASAP and I got to tell everyone I knew!
We are in SanDiego enjoying the warmth and trying to get all the systems working on Matsu; Jack isn't sure one month will be enough!
Hope you won't be too cold back in Canada Wendy, we hear its not great back there. Take care and thanks for all the info re Mexico.
